USE/NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Epic Legacy Team (referred to as “the Company”) designs intellectual/tangible property made available to clients for the purpose of supporting their personal customers and teams. As a condition to, and in consideration of, the user agrees to the restrictions and undertakings contained in this Agreement.
Recipient understands that the Company has worked for many years to develop the information used by it and therefore the information provided by Company is a valuable asset of the Company that needs to be protected from improper use. Therefore Recipient agrees that all information disclosed by the Company, including any such information disclosed prior to the date of this Agreement, and including without limitation information acquired by recipient in writing, orally or by inspection of the Company's property, relating to (without limitation) the Company’s login, passwords, know-how, files, developments, products, services, inventions, processes, discoveries, formulas, concepts, ideas, designs, personnel, customers, markets, marketing plans, distribution methods, financial information, confidential information disclosed to the Company by third parties, and other data, whether oral, written, graphic, or electronic form shall be considered "Confidential Information". and in any and all event shall not be used in any way by recipient except as it relates exclusively to the relationship between the Company and its Customers and as expressly approved by the Company. Use for a purpose other than to benefit the relationship between Shani’s Office and Customer is expressly forbidden. Recipient agrees upon the request of the Company to seize use of any materials at any time. Recipient represents that Recipient is not a competitor of nor related to or affiliated with Competitor to the Company and shall not use any Information from the Company or provide such information for a Competing person or entity.
Recipient agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the support of their personal business. Recipient shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or copy any software or other tangible objects which embody the Confidential Information, nor export or re-export or otherwise transmit, directly or indirectly, any of the Company’s Confidential Information.
All Intellectual Property remains the property of the Company and no license or other rights are granted hereby, except as expressly provided above. This Agreement does not constitute a joint venture or other such business agreement. All information is provided “as is” and without any warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance.
Recipient agrees to destroy/delete/remove immediately upon discontinuation of service with the Company, all of the Company’s tangible objects containing or representing the Confidential Information and all copies thereof which are in the possession of Recipient, including but not limited to all intellectual property, computer programs, documentation, notes, plans and drawings, and any reports, presentations, memorandums and other similar work made by the Company. With respect to Confidential Information stored in electronic form, Recipient shall delete all such Information from its systems.
Accordingly, Recipient agrees that the Company shall have the right to seek and obtain immediate injunctive relief from breaches of this Agreement and shall entitled to recover all costs and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have. Furthermore the Recipient agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts for Loudon County Tennessee or the Federal Courts in Knoxville, Tennessee for the enforcement of any matter by and between Company and Recipient.
Recipient’s obligations hereunder shall survive termination or expiration of this agreement until such time as all Confidential Information disclosed hereunder becomes publicly known and made generally available through no action or inaction of Recipient.
This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns, except that Confidential Information and the rights and obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned by Recipient without prior written consent of the Company. This document contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be amended, nor any obligation waived, except by a writing signed by both parties hereto. Any failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee excluding that body of law pertaining to conflict of law, and the parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts wherein Epic Legacy Team operates, any disputes arising out of the subject matter.
NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT
For good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the Recipient hereby agrees not to directly or indirectly compete with the business of Epic Legacy Team and its successors. Recipient shall not own, manage, operate, consult or to be employed in a business substantially similar to, or competitive with, the present business of Epic Legacy Team or such other business activity in which may substantially engage (specifically the support of MLM/direct sales/networking leadership teams).
Recipient acknowledge that Epic Legacy Team may, in reliance of this agreement, provide access to trade secrets, and other confidential data and good will and agree to retain said information as confidential and not to use said information on his or her own behalf or disclose same to any third party.
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, and personal representatives.
This is our data protection agreement, which we have created to inform you of the types of information that we collect. We have also created this to inform you of how we use, store, and dispose of that information to demonstrate to you, our valued client, our firm commitment to integrity, the golden-rule, and value we place in protecting you, your business, team members, and customers.
What We Collect
Epic Legacy Team is a business systems/support company. In order to utilize some of our services, we may require access to specific team members, and/or customers data. The data in the database, and the database itself, remains yours. You merely grant us a non-exclusive, terminable license to use the database to support your business. Our rights to utilize this data and database for any purpose besides the promotion of your business is strictly prohibited.
How We Use Your Data
Epic Legacy Team will not rent or sell any information to others. We may share your information with third-parties for the purpose of providing services for you (such as those described below). If we do this, such third parties’ use of your Personal Information will be bound by terms at least as restrictive as our own. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Epic Legacy Team (for instance, in BombBomb). Depending on the service you subscribed to, we may require access to certain data controlled by you (for instance, the career levels, email address, phone number, birthday, etc. of your team members and/or customers).

We never directly contact anyone in your database - ie. team members, and/or customers for any reason. If we are contacted by someone for assistance regarding a site error or email deliverability, we will assist them, only with advance permission directly from you.
How We Store Your Data
Information is securely stored on our servers in the United States in accordance with US state and federal law to maintain the physical and electronic security of our software, services and your personal information. Our measures include firewalls, system-wide data encryption, physical and electronic access controls, and strict rules regarding the access and use of all data in our system. Though we do our best to protect your personal and personally identifiable information, you provide all such information at your own risk.
Disposal of Your Data
Should you terminate your service agreement with the Epic Legacy Team, we shall be responsible for the deletion of your area/unit/team members, and/or customers data from our possession and control within one (1) week of the terminate date our agreement.
Miscellaneous
Site Ownership Specifics: When we design a site for you, the header design is yours to use in email, online, social media, and in printed materials. The domain acquired is also yours to keep. We can transfer upon cancellation to another provider or to a GoDaddy account. The site would be un-published, so you will need to grab things in advance. If your site is cancelled for non-payment, everything is removed from the server and the domain deleted. We cannot guarantee that we, or your next provider will be able to secure a deleted domain.
Email Ownership Specifics: Your personal videos, images, files, and emails are yours. We do not remove or modify personal content in your account. We do not have your BombBomb login password, we access your account as the admin of our emails. Should you cancel, you would need to pay BombBomb monthly to have access to your content. If you are removed from our client group, we would no longer have access to your BombBomb account, and our content is no longer shared into your account. We ask that you please discontinue use of our creative content (if any) left in your account after cancellation of services.
Text Specifics: If you cancel, access to your account is disabled and your phone # is deleted from our account and released back into the available phone number directory. We cannot guarantee that your next provider will be able to secure it. If your account is cancelled for non-payment and number is deleted, we may not be able to get you the same number.
Cookies at our site: Our site uses cookies exclusively for the purpose of remembering passwords and communicating via live chat from our site. We do not use cookies for other purposes. You can reject cookies and still use our site, however, it will disable the ability for the site to recognize the login.
Changes: Internet dynamics continually change and it is possible that this Policy may undergo slight changes, although any such changes would most likely be minimal. However, if any substantial changes are made to the policy, we will make every effort to notify clients.

- Provide third-party companies only with information needed, and nothing more (i.e. Reliabills for processing payment for your service; our bank for sending a check)
We will only share your data or database information with third-parties in the following situations:
- Where we have obtained your consent
- Where it is necessary to provide you with services at your request
- Where it is needed to respond to information requests by government authorities
- Where it is demanded by a court order or subpoena
- Where it is needed to help prevent against fraud or the violation of any applicable law,
statute, regulation, ordinance, or treaty
